You
You’re a senior woman leading organisational change. From the outside, you're capable, experienced and trusted. You've earned your place at the table.
The pressure builds quietly and then the second-guessing starts. Your confidence dips and your authority feels fragile. You start to wonder if the problem is you.
This is where we begin.
Before we do anything else, we get clear on where you are, what you need and where you're heading. We begin with a free consultation — no obligation, just an honest conversation about whether we're a good fit and what we'd be working on.
If you decide to go ahead, we design how we'll work together and then get into action.
What the work looks like:
The first part of our work focuses on remembering who you are as a leader. What matters to you. Who you are at your best. And who you are when you’re not.
From there, we work towards your goals. Each session, you bring a question or challenge you want to think through. I ask the questions that cut to what matters, and hold you accountable for meeting your challenges in the best way you can.
We work face-to-face, by phone or by video call - whatever fits your life and your schedule.
Throughout, we review progress regularly: checking you're heading in the right direction, re-orientating where needed and, when the time comes, ending well.
What changes:
𖦹 Stronger presence.
𖦹 Clearer decisions.
𖦹 The confidence to lead without second-guessing every move.
𖦹 The authority to navigate power, politics and resistance without losing yourself in the process.
𖦹 And a leadership style that delivers results and empowers the people around you — without costing you everything to sustain it.
Most clients work with me for a minimum of six months. I work flexibly on structure and pace to fit individual needs and budgets.
You don’t need to do it alone.

“I worked with Zelah in my role as Global Head of Sustainability trying to manage multiple considerations - from thinking about how best to set my team up for success, positioning Sustainability more strongly in my organization and protecting my own self-resilience along the way! Zelah gave me space to work through my observations and often misconceptions, respectfully challenged me when I needed to think about things differently and created a great sense of trust between us. As a result I feel much more focused and authentic in my approach to leadership. Thank you, Zelah for such a valuable experience!”
