“Zelah is just wonderful and I would work with her again in an instant. She’s warm, human, playful and kind. She listened deeply to what I wanted to get out of the session and how I liked to work with a coach and she stylishly held this space and worked with me this way throughout. It felt as though she was simultaneously ‘in it with me’ whilst also maintaining and helping me to see perspective. I came out of the session feeling clearer, more ordered and relieved (which was exactly what I wanted to achieve).”

Hello, I'm Zelah, and I help senior women lead organisational change with authority and credibility.
My career began in corporate law in London and I discovered a passion for human rights when working in Cape Town, South Africa in the mid-1990s.
From there, I dedicated nearly 20 years to international development, running change programmes in South East Europe, Sri Lanka and the UK, whilst solo-parenting my two children.
I’ve led high-stakes change where I was consistently watched, judged and undermined - and ended up questioning my own capability.
I know what it feels like. To walk away. And to stay when you feel trapped by responsibility, reputation and financial pressure.
Which means I also know how to support you.
I have been coaching individuals, teams and groups for the last 20 years - facilitating these conversations and events with the following training:
𖦹 ICF-Accredited Professional Certified Coach
𖦹 Certified Professional Co-Active Coach® (CPCC)
𖦹 an Executive Coach
𖦹 trained Employment & Workplace Mediator (CEDR)
𖦹 Organisational and Relationship Systems @Work Coach (CRR Global)
𖦹 Climate Change Coach
𖦹 Grief Tender.

“Zelah’s coaching facilitated personal growth, healing and new insights and much of the knowledge I gained then still guides me today. She knows just the right questions to ask which allow you to uncover your own unique strengths, talents and gifts, and to truly realize your own potential. Zelah does this by supporting you to become more you, to shine brighter - not by trying to change you into someone else.”
