How we’ll work
Right from the start, I put a strong focus on clearly identifying where you are, what you need and where you're heading.
We will start with a free 20 minute consultation to establish whether we'll be a good fit, discuss the issues we'll be working on and identify your coaching goals. If you decide to work with me, we'll design how we’ll work together in more detail and then get into action.
When things get overwhelming it’s important to take some time to understand what’s going on, how it will impact your life and work and how you want to respond to it.
So, the first part of our work together will focus on finding out more about what you’re facing and helping you get deeply acquainted with yourself - what's important to you, who you are at your very best, how you get in your own way and what you can do about that. For some people that feels like a welcome reminder. For others, it can feel transformational.
Then as we start heading towards your coaching goals, you’ll come to each coaching session with a question or issue you want to explore. I’ll support you by asking powerful questions and holding you accountable for facing the challenge you’re facing in the best way you can.
I work with clients face to face, by phone or by video meeting. I love to work with clients outdoors in live/remote walking coaching sessions - ask me if you’re interested in finding out more.
We'll have regular reviews throughout our relationship to check that you're heading in the right direction, re-orientate ourselves if needed and, when the time comes, bring our relationship to an end.
Leadership coaching clients generally work with me for a minimum of six months, but I work flexibly with each client to meet their needs and budget.
